Policies
PARKING POLICY:
Our driver must have a safe and approved place to park on generally-level ground. We ask our customers to reserve 60 feet of space for us to park our equipment. This sometimes requires coordination with your neighbors, which could include blocking off spots with cones, etc. We might also have to block a driveway. We reserve the right to refuse to position our equipment in an area that could cause damage to a customer's property and/or Gomes Mobile Gaming property. Delays caused by clearing space for the truck and trailer will not prevent us from leaving at the scheduled end time. We always arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of your scheduled event to park and set up. A permit is only required if we will need to park in a "No Parking" zone (customer responsible for proper permits if required). Gomes Mobile Gaming equipment is no wider than any contractor/landscaping vehicle, and in most cases parking outside the home is no issue.
PAYMENT POLICY:
After submitting your party/event request, Gomes Mobile Gaming will contact you directly to review your request. If the requested day and time is not available, we will work with you to try to find an alternate date/time. Once an agreed upon day and time is reached, we will email you a $100 deposit invoice email. The $100 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit invoice email contains a secure link to an online portal, where payments can be made using a credit or debit card. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. Your reservation will not be locked in, until we receive the $100 deposit payment. A valid credit or debit card is required to pay for your reservation. All payments made to Gomes Mobile Gaming are done online via our secure portal.
*A fee of $100 will be charged for any cancellations 7 days prior to the event! A fee of $25.00 Change Date Fee will be charged for any date changes made within 72 hours of your event date*

Please notify us as soon as possible should you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation. Gomes Mobile Gaming will make every effort to reschedule your party or event to another date or time. In the event that Gomes Mobile Gaming has to cancel for any unforeseen reasons (mechanical issues, illness, etc...), you will receive a full refund and we will work with you to reschedule the event if possible. A 10% discount will be added for you on your rescheduled event.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Gomes Mobile Gaming is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Gomes Mobile Gaming as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
FOOD/DRINK POLICY:
Gomes Mobile Gaming does not allow any food or drinks inside the video game theater.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN POLICY:
Gomes Mobile Gaming does require a parent or responsible adult to be available at the party or event location. Children under the age of 6 require supervision by a parent or guardian, while participating in video game activities both inside and outside the mobile video game theater.
PHOTO/VIDEO POLICY:
While we love to take photos and videos to use on our social media sites and online marketing, we also want to be respectful of your privacy, and would not want to use an image of your family or friends without your consent. Please notify us prior to the start of your event, if you do not wish for us to take photos or post any such images.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
Gomes Mobile Gaming Theater is designed for all types of weather. The theater is climate-controlled with heat and air conditioning. That being said, our outside awning will not be available during precipitation or high winds. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice), we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of your guests, our staff and equipment. If you are aware in advance of pending severe weather, please contact us to discuss rescheduling.
TRAVEL POLICY:
Gomes Mobile Gaming is a mobile business, servicing most of Massachusetts and surrounding areas. Any distance we are able to travel for an event out of our Service Radius is discretionary based on our availability. *A fuel surcharge may be applicable for areas outside our 30 minute radius. Please see our service area for more details*
ALCOHOL/DRUGS POLICY:
You may serve alcohol at a Gomes Mobile Gaming party or event to adults 21 years of age and older. However, we do not allow any food or drinks inside our mobile game theater. The Client/Host is in charge of, and accepts all responsibility for making sure they are serving only those of legal age. The Client/Host also accepts any liability that may occur before, during, or after the event for any alcohol-related incidents or accidents. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or event when alcohol is being served and is deemed excessive or unsafe. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around our equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the event immediately. There is no smoking allowed inside the Gomes Mobile Gaming theater.
DAMAGE POLICY:
In the event that any damage to equipment or property occurs, the client/host will be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness on the part of the client/host or their guests.
Service Area
Gomes Mobile Gaming is proud to provide video game truck rentals to customers within a 30 minute radius of zip code 01960. If you are within this radius, contact us to book our services right away. For customers outside our 30 minute radius, we offer additional travel for a fuel surcharge. We are committed to bringing the gaming experience directly to you, wherever you may be!

Will you travel outside your service area?

Where can the Game Truck setup?

The game trailer is entirely self-contained! We can setup just about anywhere on level ground. Most places that we can easily setup at are residential homes, parks, businesses, schools, sports fields, churches, community centers, etc...
How many people can your Game Truck accommodate?

Our game trailer can handle up to 24 gamers at once with use of outside TV’s. Use of outside TV’s during colder months is weather permitting, while inside can handle up to 18 kids with heating.
How much space does a Video Game Trailer need?

We require close to 60 feet of level space for parking with room to pull in and out easily. Our video game trailer is no different than having a landscaper’s trailer in front of any house, but we may block your driveway. Pulling straight into a curbside parking is preferred because parallel parking a 28-foot-long trailer can be very difficult. In parking lots we take up about 6 parking spaces. Gomes Mobile Gaming has the right to cancel the event if there is no adequate Parking for us, if we deem it an unsafe environment, or if it will impede emergency vehicles from passing safely.
What video games do you have?

We carry a variety of games ranging from E to M ratings. We carry many multi-player games to engage more participants at once. Single player games do limit how many gamers can game at the same time. If you have requests to have specific games at your event, please contact us and we will do everything possible to acquire requested game(s).
Do I need to stay at the trailer?

Parents and others are more than welcome to watch or even participate in the fun, but it is not necessary unless there are children under the age of 6. All Gomes Mobile Gaming events include a Game Coach to keep the participants entertained.
Am I required to tip the Game Coach?

Tipping is never a requirement, but it is always appreciated especially if you feel the Game Coach did an awesome job at your event.
Are any food and beverages allowed inside the video game trailer?

Absolutely NO food or beverages are allowed in our Gaming trailer.
How is Gaming trailer powered? Does it require a place to plug in?

Gomes Mobile Gaming is entirely self-contained. We have our own generator. There is no need to plug anything into your home, but a 200 ft power cord can be used in a pinch if our generator malfunctions for any reason.
What happens if there is bad weather?

Our video game truck is climate controlled. We have AC for summer weather and heat for winter weather. Although our 2 outside TV’s are totally weather dependent and will be refunded if you selected it as add-on and weather doesn’t allow it. If weather conditions are unsafe to drive (snowstorm/heavy rain/driving bans) the day of the party/event we reserve the right to reschedule for another day.

Is smoking allowed in or around the gaming trailer?

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the gaming trailer. The use of any illegal substances or illegal activity is also NOT ALLOWED. Gomes Mobile Gaming reserves the right to cancel if any such activity occurs with no refunds.
Do you need a deposit to reserve a requested date and time?

Yes, a deposit of $100 is required and is non-refundable. The balance is due 7 days before your confirmed event date. You can also pay in full when you book. If the Game Truck either breaks down or is involved in an accident on the way to your event, A FULL refund will be issued!
What if you get caught in traffic?

We will make every effort to arrive 20-30minutes before the start of your event, but unfortunately there may be times that your party is delayed due to traffic, rush hour, natural causes, road construction or car accidents. These delays will not affect the length of gaming session. For example – a 20-minute delay to the start of your event will be added to the scheduled end time.
